I was convinced there would be some type of design already premade on Design Space that would allow me to make a bendy card of some kind, but there was no such luck. I took a look at Melody Lane's Patreon and Lori Whitlock's shop, and alas, no luck. This mean I had to work from scratch.
Now granted, I could make the card using traditional techniques, but when I looked up tutorials, the whole process looked a little too intimidating for me. I knew this could be done on Design Space. And with minimal trial and error, I found some dimensions that would work and so I ended up with a nice template I made all by my lonesome.
And that was my very first bendy card made on my Cricut Maker 3.

Wow, Danny, LOVE the theme of this card! Such a great "landscape" you've created, and love that rich blue! Thanks so much for playing at TSOT!
ReplyDeleteDanny, so clever to create your own cut file for your Bendi card! I like how the three layers came together to create a sky scene! Thank you for sharing your card and taking on our tough challenge at Try Stampin' on Tuesday!!! -Donna

ReplyDeleteHow clever - your card is beautiful, Danny! I have made Bendy cards before by looking at the Splitcoast Stampers Channel or YouTube.. In fact, I included a link, which is available by clicking on my link with the Design Team cards. I commend you on your persistence to achieve such a lovely result and thank you for playing along with us at TSOT #515.
